I don't know if you've ever seen The Secret but it can be very empowering. I highly suggest that you get it. Its a good place to start.

Hi There,
A nice one is Think Right Now at thinkrightnow.com . I have to tell you, I've coached many people on personal development and the most important thing when trying to build confidence is CONSISTENCY!!!
So whatever method you choose to gain confidence, and I applaud your efforts, be sure to stick with it. Starting and stopping and starting again doesn't work.

| Not sure of area you live in. If you are within a 4 hour drive I would suggest that everyone go to the meeting on Dec 1, 2007 in Richmond Hill, Ontario with Steven K. Scott. We just had Anthony Robins here in London and it cost $300.00 for 3 hours. The one with Steven K. Scott is $40.00 for the entire day.

My home business is a series of online self study courses to learn how to create wealth and better yourself. This course has made major changes for me and my family. It is very motivating and may be worth checking out since it is something that you can utilize on your own time, at your own pace.

I also loved "The Secret" but I don't think it gave me any confidence. There is a free way to get confidence and it works. I do this every day. Go to http://www.paulmckenna.com and download his free trance. Trance is a scary word but it is just a meditation guide. His books are great. I highly recommend "Change you life in 7 days" It really addressed some negative emotions I had regarding money.
Mot only did it help in changing some core beilefs that I had no use for anymore, I feel much more rested.
