I am currently writing a book on how network marketers can apply the principles of servant leadership to build their businesses. Servant leadership is a popular leadership and management approach in the general business community; it is designed to address all aspects of running an ethical and successful business practice. The principles (and sections of my book) include, but are not limited to:
1) Leading by Appreciating
2) Leading by Teaching
3) Leading by Organizing
4) Leading by Trusting
5) Leading by Acting
6) Leading by Sharing
The point of the book is that servant leadership is a 360-degree leadership approach with service as the main focus of the leader. In this case, the leader is an independent business owner within the network marketing context.
Does this sound like something that network marketers would value?
This will get you more visibility and input. Be prepared to anser questions about your background and experience qualifying you for author a book in the industry. Some of the folks there can be a bit "curious".
To answer your question though....yes, I think Network Marketers would value the book. For some the information will be very attractive. For others....maybe not. I'd say more will than not though.
BTW, once it's released let me know here. I'll post something about it in Best MLM Resources.
