I talk to everyone personally and let them go thru it using the Kody's presentaion.

HI David,
I normall let them go thru the system, send a card, and take their time, then we get together and answer all their questions. I use the SOC system for follow up as I can then send out a card and a DVD, with the click of a mouse, and move forward from there.
