A very interesting book to read is "Aloe Vera The New Millenium" by Bill C. Coats.
In that book he goes on to say that the future of wellness in the 21st century will be ALOE VERA!!!
"The future of wellness in the 21st century will be aloe vera".
Not some super duper one does all vitamin cure all...
Not some "miracle" fruit juice where people in far off lands live to 100 years of age or more...
Not some super shake..
But aloe vera.
For 5000 years the healing properties of aloe vera are well
documented.
There is nothing mystical about the aloe vera plant.
The fact is aloe vera is absolutely loaded with important minerals,vitamins, polysaccharides and more...AND at a PRICE that anyone can AFFORD!
