There was a lady going to a convention in Oklahoma City in March this year. She was from out of town, so she didn't know where she was going exactly. She got lost enough to know she was in trouble and it was late. So who does she call? The 24hr hotline to her Attorney!
That timeframe was well past the hours that attorneys work, and this wasn't a 5 minuite call. That attorney stayed on the phone with her until she was right in Oklahoma City where she was supposed to be, which took some time.
I don't know about you, but if I needed directions, I don't think I would call a $200+/hr attorney! Would you? Well, this lady did and, she didn't pay a penny more than she did for the call. The difference was, she had a Pre-paid Attorney!
Knowing that you always have an attorney on your side can mean a lot more than being right in an area of law, in this case it meant being safe in a geological area she didn't know. Having the access to call an attorney whenever you don't know where to turn in life events, gives us members peace of mind that only comes when you have ACCESS!
Get more information, and get YOUR access TODAY!

Well recently I found someone or, actually he found me knowing what I do. The startling thing was what TIME he called me. It was 3:30AM! Now it wasn't a problem but it just goes to show, when people need help! Now, I am not supporting D&D but it goes to show, you NEVER KNOW WHEN you will need a lawyer. Now that person is facing about a $1000 in citations, and may have to pay upto $1200 to get an attourney to represent him. People tell him he's looking @ at least $3000.00 before it's over. Is that going to stop after court is over? No, I am sorry, I have been there and done that. It was a long time ago and I didn't know Prepaidlegal existed then!
I paid $500 for a lawyer to show up for 15 minuites and say about 50 words! That adds up to about $200 an hour! Oops, I meant $2000.00 an hour!!! Talk about OVER PAID! Don't get me started! I get all riled up just thinking about it!
I am looking into the whole year or even 2 after this for this guy. He is going to want to talk to a lawyer whenever he gets pulled over, or when he faces a job loss due to a non licenced problem getting to work! Or, how about going to counseling, he doesn't get along with the counselor and getting a bad review, and having to stay another 6 months or a YEAR! (Trust me, you don't want to be there ANY LONGER than neccessary!) He's going to want to talk to a lawyer more than once or twice about things other than being represented. He can with a Prepaid Legal plan. He will have unlimited consultations. Even a 24hour toll free number to call next time he get's pulled over at 3:30 in the morning! http://www.matthewkabelis.com
That's all I have for now,
God bless your business forever!

A traffic ticket doesn't sound like a problem. But when you look at luck and coincidence being on the wrong side, you could very well be angered by a simple traffic stop.
What happens if the arresting officer is not in the mood either? And the simple traffic stop turns into a nice fued. Let me ask you have you ever had a situation like this?
You have a bad day at home and your on your way to work. Your speeding alittle and you start realizing your going to be late. Your job sucks, you hate it and it doesn't help that your going to be late. The boss is already staking you out and starting to ask questions. So you step on the gas and start to discover ALL the morons on the road in front of you. Taking turns slowly so you actually have to stop while they turn in front of you, and then the stop lights all seem to be working but, just in the red signals.
So you take off alittle faster and pull away from the cars off the line and jump up to the speed limit and a little past it. A smell starts coming from your dash and you notice your oil light comes on and your alomost out of gas with 5 miles to get to work.
You start to curse in anger and you start driving faster out of spite while you consider what you'll say to your boss for being late again. Unbeknownst to you the cop back there at the light started following you ever since you pulled away and, he starts his lights. You look down and find your 15 over the limit that just dropped 10 miles an hour 1 block back from 40 to 30mph. You pull over cursing.
the officer asks for License and reg, the usual. He senses a little consternation in your voice and actions and starts asking questions about the vehicle. He asks you to step out of the vehicle. Trying not to resist, you comply kowing your going to be late to work anyway. You blow open the door and almost hit the cop. The cop covers his weapon as he steps back.
Trying to explain to the officer your situation he has had almost enough. He doesn't let you talk much and keeps asking redundant questions. Constantly swinging your arms and yelling out loud, the cop decides to cuff you and sit you down while he checks out your record.
If you resist, you will be charged with resistance. You can scream false arrest all you want but the more you struggle the worse it makes it.
If you don' t resist you get a ticket for speeding and your late for work.
What would you do?
I would call my attorney, but who can afford that? http://www.matthewkabelis.com
