If you are a SFI Team Leader then you absolutley need to set up and run a TL Co-op powerline. There is a lot of information on the SFIDboard on this topic but I will try to sumarize how to set one up for the max affect on your team and to generate EAs.
Everytime I share this with TLs in my team I see thier EA conversions skyrocket.
Now I did not come up with this - my mentor introduced me to the powerline TL co-op and right away I saw the power in the powerline. When I researched how the powerline worked and how best to set it up on the SFIDboard I found the 1:1 ratio suggestion.
There are 2 ways to set up a powerline TL Co-op. You can set up 1 co-op as a powerline and have all your leads go into this one powerline. If you can generate 93 leads a month (3 a day) then you will build a downline 93 levels deep. The powerline will generate a NGR 3 times a day to the same person. This is powerful but a 1:1 ratio is even more powerful
The 1:1 ratio instead of setting up 1 downline 93 levels deep you create 3 downlines 31 levels deep. With this set up you still generate 3 NGRs a day but now the NGRs go to 3 different people. SFI is promoting an upgrade to 3 people a day on day 2 when you get 3 more leads. Then 3 NGRs to the first person in each line and 3 NGRs each day to the 2nd person in each level on the 3rd day as you sign up 3 more leads. This continues generating NGRs for each person at each level in each downline until the Co-op ends. Talk about powerful!
OK so the other questions I get are how do you set this up.
First you need to be a Bronze Team Leader or higher to use the TL Co-op feature so do what you can to become BTL.
Once you are a BTL determine how many leads you can generate a day. Lets say you can generate 3 leads a day. So here is what you do:
1. Find 3 affiliates in your Tnet that have not upgraded to EA yet. The higher up in your Tnet the better. Write down those affiliates SFI ID#
2. Go to: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/TLCoop.sfi
3. Choose "Start a New Co-op"
4. Choose your Lead Source, enter a description, and choose the Assignment Type as normal.
5. Choose "Powerline" as the Co-op Type.
6. Choose your desired Sponsorship option (you'll want to retain sponsorship).
7. Click on the "Create New Co-op" button.
8. Click the Key Code of your new co-op to add the SFI ID numbers of the affiliate or affiliates you want to build your Powerlines under.
Now, THIS IS WHERE THE 1:1 RATIO COMES INTO PLAY. When you set the number of leads you want to place under each affiliate in this example of 3 a day you will enter 31 (that is 1 lead a day for every day in the month of March). SFI will automatically rotate the leads you generate to go under each affiliate you set the co-op for. If you generate 3 leads a day each of the 3 affiliates in your co-op will receive 1 lead a day placed under them and 1 NGR a day for 24 days (24 is the max number of NGRs SFI sends)
9. After you've submitted your co-op rotation, just start generating leads using the Key Code for this new co-op.
That is in a nutshell how the Powerline TL Co-op 1:1 ratio works and how to set t up. I hope I have helped make it clear for everyone and you can see how this will really make your SFI business take off.
Now all you have to do is promote your WAH Directory like Erich has taught us and set up a new TL-Co-op each month.

I see as of today 336 people have read this post but nobody has posted a coment. I hope that of those 336 people the ones in SFI took the advice and put it into action. Hello,
I'm new here. I'm introducing myself and I have a question regarding this post.
My name is Maggie. I'm based in Corfu, Greece. I represent aycht charter company here and I do mlm with SFI on the side. I didn't this forum existed someone on another networke introduced and I'm so happy. This tip you posted I printed it out. Can it work if yo're not an EA.I have 6 or 7 people in my downline. I'm trying to do everything by word of moth and I let my fingers do the walking(ouch!!!). It's a tiny bit confusiingbut I'm going to re-read it. I will becoming back tio this forum. Please give me some feedback.

You will need to become a team leader before you can use the powerline. To become a team leader you will need to become EA and then personally sponsor 2 EAs.

No problem Maggie. I know it can be confusing at the start. Keep up the progress and once you get to BTL make sure to set up your powerline co-op.

The co-op feature is still avaliable in the Tnet 2.0 but there is no longer the need to set up the powerline.
You can use the co-op to help your affilaites build their downlines.

Hello Stirls,
This is Maggie, I went to your help page and I read that yopu could make it work in lees than a year. I've tried EA and now I'm a free member and I've been with SFI for over 2 1/2 years , I still have 6 or 7 people in my downline and still no progress.
What am I doing wrong? Do you have an email I could write to you? Thank -God I have my day business.

Maggie - I have no idea what you are doing so I can't tell you what youare doing wrong.
I feel your pain - I struggled with SFI and making any money online when I first started. It was only after I lost a few thousand dollars and knew what did and didn't work did I find my way into profit (and the SFI President's Club). That is why I set up the training guide for my SFI team. My upline gave me no help so I went looking for help on my own and found my mentor. What I learned from him changed everything and put me on top of SFI (right below him).
What I suggest is follow my training guide to the letter of the guide - once you complete a step then move on - if you are impatient then skip to step 5 and 6 - those are the big steps that changed it all for me.
As for SFI itself - I am looking forward to these changes into T-net 2.0 - I think we will all see an increase in our SFI checks so now is the time to get your "ducks in a row" and promote SFI!

Maggie - with the changes to Tnet comming on Jan 1 2007 I strongley suggest you secure your place in the powerline and become EA before Dec 31 2006.

I was just wondering if you had made any modifications to your blueprint for $10k SFI business since the changes that took effect in Jan.
Also, I am currently trying to make a very simple easy to read type manual for my international affiliates that have a hard time reading in english. I have referred many to your site but they claim they can not understand it. I dont think it is because your plan is hard to follow but maybe because they get overwhelmed, I know they tell me they often get overwhelmed reading the SFI site. I was just wondering how you handled teaching or training your international affiliates (most of my here lately have been from China and India)

I am happy to hear you have sent SFI members to my blueprint - I hope it has helped generate EAs and TLs for you and your SFI team.
To be honest I do not promote SFI to China and India for that very reason - I find the upgrade level to EA is low from non English speaking countries. I stay away from Eagle Co-op as I find most of those leads are from those countries an have a low upgrade rate. The language is one barrier, the other issue is paying for anything online is difficult it seems. I stick to Canada, US, UK and Australia
I have not made any changes to my Blueprint since the Tnet 2.0 - I have thought about it but have not had time to make the changes yet.
For those that contact me with feeling overwhelmed I direct them to step 6 of the blueprint and tell them to forget about doing anything else and just follow the steps in Step 6 .When I change my blueprint I will probably be moving step 6 to step 3.

I will try to keep in contact with you. I am fairly new to SFI and was lucky to find your blueprint early. (I do EXTENSIVE research before I make big moves) In my first month with SFI I had 58 members and 3 EA's one with 5 members, no ea's.
Unfortunately most of my members are from china (Yup I used Eagle Co-op) I wanted to use my Uplines Co-op but they are in the UK and only accept E-Gold or Storm pay, I dont remember which one.
I plan to only use the Co-ops in the beggining until I can get my own sites up and start getting traffic. I have purchased 2 domain names and am currently shopping for hosting. Im also shopping for an auto responder. If you have any advice on those that would be great too.
