David,
This is how it will work - you sponsor 1 Ea and earn a 100% Executive Match of $8.42.
Then you sponsor 4 more and earn a 200% Executive Match for those EAs af $19.74 each.
So your total for month 1 = $87.38
Then next month you will earn a 50% Executive match on all 5 of these (if they remain EA) = $4.77 each or 23.85, Plus if you sponsor 5 more EAs you will earn another $87.38 for a total of $111.23
Now if you help each of your first 5 EAs sponsor 5 EAs you earn A Team Match of 8% of each of your sponsored EA's Executive Match - so if each of your EAs sponsor 5 EAs and earn the executive Bonus of $87.38 then you earn a Team Match of 50% match on thier activity for you would earn $6.99.
So in Month 2 if you sponsor 5 EAs in month 1 and they remain EA in month 2 and sponsor 5 EAs each and you sponsor another 5 EAs yourself then you you earn a total of
$23.85 Executive Match for the first month 5 EAs
$87.38 for your second Month EAs
$34.95 Team Bonus for your first 5 EAs sponsoring 5 Eas each
total in month 2 = $146.82
I hope I got that right - go her efor SFI's information
https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan.sfi
At a 50% match you will earn $4.77 each month
at 100% match you will earn 8.42 - you earn this for a first time EA sign up - the next monthyou will earn $4.77

I've been part of SFI for a long while now....but I'm just getting things going. It's foolish to procrastinate. For the past month, I've been giving it my all. I got 7 sign ups and one of them became EA. Then I signed up for EyeEarn and that gave me two more. Now if I can get the others to go EA...That would be fantastic. I'm trying to get in the position to offer gift certificates to encourage them to go EA. More people don't want to do it because of the potential "bill" every month. No, you don't have to pay....but most people have a problem with retailing. I think that was my issue over the past year. But what I realized is, you have to start somewhere and try. It's not going to happen over night and the only way to make legitimate money from home is to sell useful products. I know I got somewhat off the topic....
I found this post to be very informative. This is explained much better than the post in SfI's forum.
I believe these fiqures don't include commissions from your affiliates purchases or your retail sales.

I am glad that my post helped both of you out. I know SFI can be confusing at the start - I find that one of the issues with SFI is that they have too much information, but I would rather have that than no information at all.
Momonamission - congrats on your recent success with SFI - keep up the great work and you will see results!
