thank you for sharing so openly on your thoughts regarding payitforward profits and success university. I'm encouraged by your opinions and openess to share.
You're right about the two guys who actually mentioned about something and then in the backend sells a totally different concept than was presented. were you involved with them sometime in the past ?
$4000 ! wow thats a lot of cash to get where you are today (5 months target) but how many leads were you able to generate at that point in time each day ? I can only understand that most of the time internet marketing is about the numbers and relationship - more about this in another thread - however, its not easy doing the marketing if you're not good at copywriting or making an effective ad work.

I was not associated with them. I found out about them becuase of one of my team members saw what I was doing to build my list and asked me how that was different than those two guys.
After looking at I saw right through all the holes them called Mike Dillard to see what he had to say about it. Then he told me what I posted.
I was not keeping my own list at the time. I do kick myself for that but I did not know about that 5-6 months ago. Not like I do now anyway.
But to show you how serving your list works well for you, 4 of those in SU followed me into the program I am in now and we are making more money with less offort.
By the way, thank you for the comments. We should talk openly in here. This is a place to learn and share.

That's unfortunate about Paul and Joel... two fellow Canadians. I don't care to spend enough time to find out what's true or not but the fact remains that somehow they managed to get a *long* list of "black marks" against them all over the internet.
Makes me wonder.
As for Mike Dillard claiming this system was copying from Magentic Sponsoring... I don't agree. The funded proposal concept is not new. I'll have to look up the well known network marketer (Randy something) that created the system which Mike dumbed down. I say that with respect as I really appreciate what Mike put together.
If anything, PayItForward4Profits.com is nearly a duplicate of the PlugInProfits.com site (even naming and structure... at least one other internet user noticed this and mentioned it in a different forum).
I really don't see Mike's litigation efforts going far. His concept isn't unique. It's a simple business system... sell something of value up front that creates prospects for another product (in this case opportunity). It's put in practice in all areas of business and it certainly is well established in network marketing as well.
The membership, affiliate links, sales letter, format, etc closely resembles PlugInProfits but even Stone Evans, I don't think, would have a case against these boys based on those grounds.
Don't know how Paul and Joel managed to established such a poor reputation online (I know nothing of them) but that's too bad for them. Many legitimate and VERY ethical ways to make money online... no need to play schemes and games with people's money.

You are correct this type of marketing is done all the time. All the top marketers use the provide free quality useful products or service to gain trust and build lists then market appropriate products to them for a much better response rate.
I think there are other issues there between Mike Dillard and Paul and Joel. All I know for sure is what they say and what is truth about the five products are not the whole truth and in my experience that pisses people off.
Well it does me. I want to know up front what the costs are going to be. Just tell me and let me make a decision.
Thanks for the dialog. I love this stuff. I wish the best for you all as the summer comes to an end. In case you did not know the season for sales is comeing.

| Hi chris and everybody here my name is Brad and I live in virginia in the united states.I'm new to working my own business well not really new I have been trying for awhile now but have not been able to succeed as of yet.So I figured the best way to learn was to surround myself with people who do it because everybody I know personnally think I'm crazy for trying.Most people think the only way to make it is to go to work for someone else for 40 hours a week for crumbs but I'm tired of that I want the whole pie and have time to enjoy it.

I was going to suggest a CD to you but I can't find it. It is called Murphy's Committee by Jerry "DRhino" Clark.
Google him and get that CD. You will love it after what you posted.

I hear you pal. It usually is thought in the first 5-6 months and after that its total ease if you got the right people under your belt.

Hello,
JPG, I hope you find what you are looking for. Just make your choices wisely.
Things I have learned to look for over the last 10 years of trial and error.
To me success has to do with my attitude and what I will be doing. If what I am required to do in my business to be successful ends up giving me a bad attitude then chances are I won't do it very long. On top of that, those I do get started will not do it long either.
So I refuse to purchase leads and will not call anyone unless the personally call me first.
The guys your working with can show you a way to do that,
Which brings up my next thing I look for, integrity.
If someone tells me a program is free I expect it to be free. At this point I know that is not the case.
Last and the most important and hardest to really learn about until you get started with the program. Find a great team. I am fortunate to work with a team of professionals now that help each other regardless of the fact that none of us will ever gain from each others directly. In fact we are all going to fly to Tennessee next week to work on a project to assist each others teams.
Take the time to make sure you know who you're doing business with it will pay off big time in the end.

Very well said Vern. I do agree with that to some extent. The trick is finding a team of people, like so many on here, that can and will teach what others do not know. Many of the gurus keep the secrets to themselves and tell other to buy and call leads.
In your search don't get analysis paralysis. Start moving forward and make your own mistakes. Working with a good mentor will prevent you from making the mistakes he or she made.
I have made a lot of mistakes in the past but I learned from every one. I will tell you when you start making money you don't stop making mistakes. They just get more expensive but at least I don't sit up at night worrying about paying bills anymore.
Oh, one last note about mistakes that cost money. You can still claim them on your taxes as business expenses.

Welcome to the forum Budi. I wish you and wife the best. It took about 3 minutes for the video on you site to open. Most would not wait 3 seconds. Also the presentation is not much different than the other 20+ Health and Wellness MLMs out there. Keep reading please.
The best advice I can give any Internet Marketer or MLMer is right down the line of what they are kind of teaching you in PIF4P. While I do not care for them two much (that's another post, but you will see later), the concept is the step that most MLMer miss. DON"T MARKET YOUR COMPANY DIRECTLY. AND NEVER, NEVER ADVERTIST YOUR COMPANIES REPLICATED CAPTURE PAGE.
Market yourself. Get your own capture page (aslo known as a squeeze page or door way). This is the page where you send prospects to so they can enter their name email etc in a box to get access to your companies information. Then guess who get's to keep those leads? Yup, they do. But who paid for them.
Besides where do they get to learn about you and your team, and how you can help them? They don't. Just like Budi's site, I have seen so many sites like that out there using the same books and indorsments for the industry (not the company). So what makes your business any different? That sounds harsh in print but I am just telling why the Gururs in your company are making what you want to earn.
Market yourself
Create a capture page that will get people to opt into an auto responder that will send them emails from you about you and your team.
Offer valuable information for free or very cheep.
If this is all over your head, contact me I can easily show you how to do this. It realy is simple. I did not know how to do this 4 months ago. Now I have people contacting me wanting me to pay them to teach them how to do this. I may concider that some day but for now that is not the case. Besides it realy is very easy and to make things easier on me and those who want to learn how to actually make money with their MLM I have created some videos to get them started.
To see what I am talking about check out one of my capture pages by clicking on the post card in the video below. By the way, that offer is how I learned much of this and is one reason why I am doing so well with my company.
News Paper ads for Internet business - Check to see what ads for or similar to your products are working in Google. Those ads should also do well in print. One trick I have found useful in print is to pay for a space between the ad above and below you. The human eye is drawn to white space and it will be noticed. In print some say use 1800 # instead of a website. But I want people who have computers (for my intenet business) so I will put my personal domain name to my capture page. But if I am placing an ad for one of my wellness products I may put a 1 800 # to a recording or my home office.
Don't get overwhelmed in here. Remember, many of us have paid a lot of money and time to learn this stuff. Your getting bits and peices for free.
