Hello my name is Crystal I opened a MLM in August and everyone told me how great it'd be, my turn a round with my product would only be a few months and so on and so on.
My product is great and really does work I have tons of test, reports and testimonials that back it up. For the first few months people were joining th business and things were progressively moving forwards then Novemeber hit and Ive been at a total stand still every since.
About my product:
Nano Power Booster USA, Inc., recently launched a revolutionary product that does two very helpful and important things: Saves Fuel by up to 25% and Reduces Carbon Emissions by up to 60%. Enjoy the benefits of such a product that can not only save money off of your bottom line, but at the same time improve your company’s image and help the environment by significantly reducing carbon emissions produced by your fleet’s vehicles.
I know that my product is a fuel saver which scares the hell out of everyone because there have been so many things on the market that infact do not work, so this causes me even more hurdles.
The testimonials I have are unbeleiveable and we are even going so far as to allowing fleet owners demo the product for free for 30 days. My problem is A) Getting new distributors in the MLM B) Getting the ones we have to get off their ass! Honestly the people that have joined just thought it was a get rich quick sceam that they could sign up for and never have to lift a finger.
We have a awesome Binary Commission Plan that pays $50 out 4 times and much more.
Please help me before I close the door on MLM and go straight to the automotive dealers counters. This was my vision....is "being committed to providing the consumer with a product that allows them to save money on high and continually rising fuel costs, but also gives them an opportunity to make a significant income based on their enthusiasm and drive for success. The NPB also helps improve the environment by reducing carbon emissions, in turn contributing to the improvement of your personal health and well-being."
but it just seems like the distributors I have dont wanna take this anywhere and Im not gonna do all the work alone or like I said I can just take this straight to the automotive industry.
Please give me insight and feed back before I give up on the MLM!!!!!!

| Hello Crystal and welcome to the forum! Well if you had some success right off I think you are doing better then most new people straight out of the gates. Try to think what you were doing that got you the sales starting out and then duplicate it. Could have been you weren't trying to sell as hard because you were just learning about the product. A lot of time sales is what scares people off so if you apear a little less like you are trying to sell something people may be more inclined to take a look....I could be way off...just a thought. Welcome (sounds weird writing this - I've only just joined here myself - haven't even posted my intro yet!)
Building on RyanP's point - do more of what already works. The question to ask yourself is "what has already worked, even just a little bit?"
It sure sounds like you have a product that at least some people, perhaps many, would be interested in - who wouldn't want to reduce running costs by 25% and help the environment through less carbon emissions? And here's the 'rub' from what I can see - buying & selling, and perhaps decision making in general, is not about logic, but about emotion. Recent research suggests that the logic part comes consciously after the sub conscious and emotional brain has already made the decision.
So perhaps there are opportunities to be had by looking at things in a more emotional way?
I found that the Solutions Focus approach really helped me with similar challenges. I don't know if there is a way to upload documents to this forum - I have a 1 page summary of this approach that I'd be happy to share with people. You can research more by Googling "solutions focus" - you'll learn much of the 'what' and get some insights in to the 'how'. Failing this I'd be happy to email it to you directly or post it somewhere else an place a link here...
Stick with it for the moment, and let's see if we can't help you get some clarity and insight here, ready for the New Year!

Hi Crystal,
I have to agree, already you have done better than 95% of people that start in mlm.
You have to concentrate on what is bringing you in leads. Probably at first you sounded a little innocent and sounded a bit more trustworthy, now you are counting on the monthly commisions and probably sound maybe a bit more desperate.
Secondly, when you started you probably had a long list of leads, so the question is where are your leads comming from now? are they as qualified?
Your product sounds good, so dont give up. Give us some more info and lets get that spark in you again.

The dilemma of finding those 5 partners that want to duplicate what you do. You have to go through alot of people to find those that want to make this happen for them. Keep using the product and looking for people that want to use the payment plan for their benefit. Then teach them to do what you do and you'll be on your way.

I have to disagree that you should only be teaching the 5 best people.
What i have found that works, is set up an automatic way of teaching everyone in your downline how to grow there business, the ones that are interested and trust you will devote time and effort into it.
if you only look for the 5 best, well you might end up missing a a few others.
Concentrate on building an automatic system that helps every lead that you bring ing.. build there trust.

Automatic is KING! What type of automatic are you talking about? That would be the ultimate duplication.
So what do you use MoneyMagnet?

Yes automatic is the best way, however it doesnt mean that its easy.
Once it is set up it does all the work, however you still have to take a look at everytihng and see what is working and what isn't working..
Autoresponders are good , i use aweber, however there are a tone out there...
