Hello everyone I am new to all this stuff.  It scares me once in awhile.!!! ( like every day)  I know it is because I am a dinosaur, and relly resist change.  And this is so different from my normal type of communication.  It is awesome that these forums exist for people like me.  So thanks for reading and giving me this opportunity.

Hello dreammaxbiz,

I used to hang out with a guy who said him and his family lived in Hope,B.C.

We probably know the same person, it's not a very big town.

Aaron

Hi from another "Newbie" - - i've just joined the forum and am entirley new to Network Marketing.  Having working worked for employers for  almost 40 years I want now to do something different, something which is my agenda and not someone else's.

I've come across an MLM opportunity (my first ever) so now i'm seeking help from those who are experienced and so far i've had loads of friendly advice.

I'm amazed at what's going on out here and the amount of clever and innovative people there are.  It's exciting - a bit like going back to school.

Hope to meet many people and learn from you.

Best wishes from Scotland

Andy

Greetings All,

Being new is not a problem.

Not being open to different ways of looking at things is a problem.

Having said that, keep reading this forum, commenting, asking questions, cautiously trying new and different things and note what happens. Repeat successful actions and stop the ones that don't work.

Also, always read up on any opportunities, advertising techniques, etc, etc, etc, as there are a lot of sharks out there.

For examle; email marketing is changing, and while it is still a good method of staying in touch with fellow members of your mlm opportunity, for advertising there may be some big changes coming due to an interesting court case being played out in the US. For more details see my blog entry at   Is this the end for Internet marketers and email marketing?

While this mainly relates to "safelist advertising", could it be applied to ALL email marketing? Only time will tell.

Always remember this: every cloud has a silver lining, and every change in something spells opportunity for those who take the bull by the horns and act.

This is a great forum, so don't be afraid to speak up, and don't be afraid of change.

All the best to one and all.

Andreas.
