Aloha To Each and Everyone Who Reads This....
I am Kenneth Kokata in Honolulu, Hawaii and here to meet all like minded network marketing enthusiasts.
I can feel the presence of some great people here just by reading some of the postings and I anxiously look forward to meeting all of you very soon.
FYI: I've been in network marketing since 1976 and am totally committed to this fascinating and amazing industry. So much to learn and experience and that's why I'm here to share the lessons and exciting experiences with everyone and anyone who desire to accomplish their financial goals.

Hi Ronda,
Thank you for your warm welcome. I look forward to sharing all the information with you and anyone who wants to know more about network marketing and how it works and how it can work.
In the years I've been in network marketing, I have had a lot of successes and also, quite a few failures and disappointments. Today more and more, people who want to create an honest living and a full family income by building a home business are coming to realize that it is almost impossible with most companies and compensation plans that are entering this industry.
I took a hard look into this industry and realized that if the right company with the right compensation plan is there, then my chances of succeeding would be much greater then before.
There are many amazing and fantastic network marketing businesses out there.
To find the right one is the most difficult part in my opinion.
So many people fail in their businesses because of not knowing what to look for when joining a new business and among other things, poor sponsorship responsibility, inferior training that doesn't work for most people and a compensation plan that works only for the Company and not the Independent Business Owner.
To AVOID SCAMS and FRAUDULENT Business Opportunities starts with learning in depth on what to look for in a company; learning how to recognize SCAMS and FRAUDS; recognizing key factors in a compensation plan; length of time the company has been in business and much, much more.
I studied this industry for almost a year and learned some great things from a few very successful pioneers of network marketing. Since applying their lessons, I have seen tremendous changes in the growth of my organization both in size and income which ultimately has made all of my team members quite happy.
So in my opinion, with the right training and teachings, anyone can succeed in this amazing industry.. My motto: The More We Learn, The More We Can Earn!
These words speak the truth and I encourage everyone and anyone to participate in this process.

Likewise! It's always very nice meeting people like yourself who are ambitious and productive with their beliefs and involvements.
Sorry, but I'm not here to give advice to anyone... however, I will share any information of which I have personally used and applied that has worked well for my business and organization.
Advice is cheap and quite available in abundance, but quality information that actually works in one's favor is rare in this business.
You're quite an interesting person and I would very much enjoy learning more about you and your experiences.
