Imagine going to your mailbox. You quickly scan the list and it looks like the regular list of ezines, spam, FWDs from friends, and assorted other materials.
But once a week it's a little better than others because you see one from the company.

Look at all those Bonus levels. I know people who have earned every one of those bonuses. They are willing to teach you. Are you willing to learn? Are you willing to put together a plan of action that ultimately ends with your name on the "Pay to..." line and each of those bonus boxes containing numbers after the dollar signs?
That's what it takes. You can go out there and throw all kinds of names against a wall and see what sticks or you can put together a plan of action that includes finding and working with a few good people and teaching them the system and help them find a few good people to teach the system to. Then train them as you have been trained, in how to train the others to continue this effort.
In doing so you will find a more cohesive bond between your leaders and the ability to help others in the organization more easily because you are all utilizing a similar plan. The tools may vary slightly as one may be more adept at one form of contact than another but the basic system is known and taught the same way throughout.
This is Vitamark. It could be any company out there if their organization develops, promotes, and maintains a proven system.
Now they may not have the opportunity to be paid weekly.
They may not have as many bonuses to earn on.
They may not have a car bonus or have limitations as to what you can do with it.
They probably don't have numerous free websites to help them promote their products and business.
They may or may not have these things. They may or may not have more. The important thing is whether or not they have a system and a way to train you in it. In Vitamark you have that. Get with your Vitamark leaders and learn the system.
