Okay, how many of you are implementing this FREE
technique in your business? Pop out an article a day
and you're going to create some serious long term traffic
to your site.
Its powerful stuff and one of the very solid
marketing methods, unlike social media and all this other stuff
everyone is jumping on today. This is ground level stuff that you
should know and be using for your network marketing business.
Here is the breakdown:
1. Research keywords using the Google keyword
tool. Don't target general "mlm", "home business"
keywords, but rather long tail ones like "network marketing lead",
or "downline mlm network marketing"
2. Create short 300-350 word articles implementing
your main keyword in your paragraphs.
If paragraphs are short, insert in every OTHER
paragraph.
3. At end of article, use your resource box to lead
your prospect to your landing page.

I set a goal to write at least one article a day for the next 2 month. Some day I write one some days I can write 3.
I write 500 words articles, for future submissions. I use SYA and they require minimum of 500 words.
Then I take one version of the article and rewrite it to 300 or 350 words blog post, easy to remove text then add it later.

Article marketing is probably the best free marketing technique. Most of my traffic comes through my articles.
I always post mine on my website first, then slightly re-write them before submitting to directories.

Thats a good one. I prefer to submit to the directories first,
because this way it gets indexed by the search engine on
a high traffic site.
Then what I'm going to start implementing is just posting
the LINKS to my articles on my blog, which bumps up
authority of the articles.

That's why i love SYA, I write one article then use their leverage tool to rewrite the article, and use one version to my blog, and one version to submit manually to other websites.

I would think for maximum exposure, one article per day is far from enough. In my humble opinion, we should aim for more than 10 articles for quicker results.

This is powerful information! I’d say at least 40% of people that start there business pay no attention to free marketing methods. Article Marketing is one of the most crucial. Props to you Hassan!

Great topic! I use articles for all my promotion and as everyone else has pointed out, the more article, the more back links, the more traffic, the more credibility you build.
Sometimes sitting down day after day and just writing can be a chore, but the end results are undoubtedly worth the effort.

Article marketing is a great free strategy. I little time consuming but worth it. I do think a submission service is definitely needed though if you are planning on getting the most possible traffic from your articles.
Look for submission services that submit to a large amount of QUALITY directories. You need to find the directories out there that get the most traffic.

Thanks everyone for all the information about article marketing. I have been told to write at least 2 articles per week and submit them. I have been worried about how much time this would take, but from all of your posts, it sounds as though this time would be well worth my effort.

I've found that when beginning to write an article, I normally start at the article first. I just start writing. As the words flow, I start to create continuity. I will usually go back three or four times and edit the body (move paragraphs around, change a sentence or 2 etc.). Once I've written most or even all of the article, I then go up a write an intro and come up with a good title. It's easier to get the title out of what you write than it is to write about your title. Also, make the title long - it gets recognized easier. Hope this helps, Butch

Article marketing is a very effective method of promoting a product/ service especially when the article database you're submitting to has good PR. The key to writing an article is to keep in interesting from start to finish so your readers don't get bored and go through the whole article.

Article marketing, which is also called bum marketing in the online world, is a great way to drive traffic to your site and get back links, which are very important as well. Some people think that simply throwing up a random article onto an article directory will do them good, but there are specific things that you need to do with your articles in order to make them profitable.

| Article marketing needs to be done consistently or you will start to notice that the traffic will drop once you stop it, unless you have been building a large base of article and backlinks pointing back to your site.
