I find this faster than manually submitting to hundreds of directories

I also use a nice little Mozilla firefox add in to submit my blog

Those "links" in the article directory aren't the main point anyway. It's all those links from sites that pick up your article that matter the most. so....I'd keep doing it.

I generally think Google is more apt to penalize the PR of blogs (especially) with duplicate content.... than main websites, etc. So....the effect is less on the author than on those places picking up your article. Meaning Article Submitter users shouldn't be as worried.

Hi Vern,

Google only dislikes articles that are not of original content. You can submit your original content to thousands of directories and Google will be quite happy to accept that, provided your submitting original content.

I recommend the article submission software. There are a few out there and it definitely increases your efficiency when submitting to several directories.

There is a resource box at the end of the article where you post your information as the author.

It is better to post several articles consistently versus just a handful. Since there are so many article directories you could always start off with a handful and then work your way up to posting the same article to more directories. You could start with 5-10 directories and then post the same articles in all of the directories.

Since article submission can be time consuming, I have found the article submission software to be helpful and time efficient.
