I have written several articles. The best way to use article marketing is to write at least 100 articles and link to them with videos that you create about each article.
If you are writing about how to recruit a new distributor you could write a short 400 word article on how you recruit. then creat a video showing each step. Post it on your blog and on other video sites like youtube.com. Link to the video from your article in your signiture to your blog incase you get youtube slapped like Robert Plank did, he lost his account of over three hundred article videos. (Do a google search for Robert plank if you don't know who he is).
I am actually reading a really good e-book by Eric Rockefeller titled
"Article marketing action plan"

Content Masters Use to Dominate
Search Engines and Position Themselves for Maximum Profits
This ebook was free to me because I am reviewing it for a testimonial. Do a google search on Eric as well and go to his blog. He might have a link to this free ebook. I have read the other ebooks that have been recommended and they are all great books.
If you don't have a blog I encourage you to build one. the best one to use is word press dot org, on your own domain. you can check mine out in my sig file below.
Post the articles that you write to your blog as well.
I have only written about two hand fulls of articles that I have posted to article directories, and now I have 120 hits per week from those articles. It's been a while and the traffic is fluckuating a bit. So I need to spend a day and write more articles. This is a great traffic source if you can write relevant content.
Remember no traffic is free. You will either pay for it with cash or you will pay for it with sweat.

Personally, I have found article writing to be very helpful in getting my Page Ranking up and also in getting first page results in the search engines.
Here is an example of something that happened, that I wasn't even prepared for:
When a company that was marketing wireless network came out I joined the company and I wrote an article and used alot of keywords that were related to the company and what I thought people would be looking for, as well as the name of the company. I then posted this article in an article database, and then went back and re-arranged the article so that it would not be a duplicated and posted it on my blog.
About a week later I decided to key in Wireless Residual Income, and at the top of
Googles search engine was the article that I had written.
'New Wireless Cell Phone Residual Income Explosion'
This is something that I happened upon and have been using this strategy ever since.

Article submission is the good way get more traffic towards your web site.It does work when u give your site link in the article through HTML coding or through hyperlink.So this way article marketing works.

By far the best place to submit is ezinearticles.com. They are among the top 100 most visited websites. Plus, Google is ranking their articles very highly. So, if you write your articles for good long tail keywords, cnces are good that it will rank on the first page of Google.

I love this ideas very much because am having the same problem of article marketing.
But I think all these information have been very tremendous and helping.
However, one thing I would like to know is if there is really article generation software that don't require one to write a word at all but start dozing out quality articles.

When you submit your articles, they are picked up by webmasters who need content on their websites, blogs, ezines etc. When someone reads your article, they will often click your link found at the bottom of the article in the author's resource box and visit your site. This increases traffic to your site and when the search engines find all those links pointing back to your site, it will improve your placement in the rankings (these are called back links .... the "effect" is called link juice ... and the impact is on your PR or Page Rank).

Article marketing is a great way to get your name out there. You must write compelling information that brings value to others lives.
One thing I do to multiple my efforts is submit my articles to different directories. I know people say duplicate content can hurt you, but the way I look at it is if you are out there 3X as much...your still out there.
Don't be scared to do the same, it has really helped me grow an amazing business.

There are many reasons to write an article. Positioning yourself as a leader, creating backlinks, creating more leads, ect. This is a great way to market yourself and I highly recommend it.

Hi all,
I would personally never place an article from an article marketing site on my web sites, simply because search engines will only pick up original content on sites.
For those experienced article marketers here, I am a writer of original articles and have always wondered if there is any value in those sites that pay a small amount, like $1.50, per 1000 views.
If I were to chose between selling a good niche article to a site owner for $6 or placing it on one of those sites, which would make me more money?
I have been wary of the amount of money these sites can make (I am not interested in driving traffic to my sites this way) but if someone can tell me that they are good earners, I might change my mind.

Article marketing is one of the most effective marketing strategies you can use to market online. At the time this is being written, article content accounts for over 40% of search engine results. This form of marketing can and will create massive traffic back to your website, but you must know what you are doing. This article was written to show you the way. I will begin under the assumption that you have already identified your target market and have performed keyword research to determine what your market is searching for.
Almost every article directory you submit your articles to will require you to include a title, summary, body, keyword section and resource/ signature box. I will explain what is required for each and how you can best optimize your articles.
Title Section – The purpose of this section is to draw your reader in. The title will be the deciding factor whether the searcher wants to read your article or if they move on to the next article. The title section is also used by search engines to index their article search results. It is important to include the keyword phrase you are targeting in the title and if you can, place the keyword phrase in the front. Ensure that your title is related to your article content and that it gets the attention of the searcher. You may want to study some copy writing books to assist you with creating persuasive and influential articles.
Article Summary – The purpose of the article summary section is to consolidate the article into a few sentences and recap what the entire aritcle was about. You will need to include the most relevant parts of the article. Essentially, you are feeding off the title and giving the searcher the information they need to either want to read the article or to move on to the next.
Article Body – The purpose of the article body section is to provide your reader with valuable information. Your reader is reading your article with the intention of getting a question answered or finding a solution to a problem. You must give them this answer or solution. Include your keyword phrase 3-5 times in the article body. Make your word count a minimum of 500 words. Most article directories will not accept articles below 500 words, plus anything below 500 words will not allow you to include all of the required information. Set up your article body in this order: introduction, 3-5 paragraphs of content, conclusion, call to action.
Keyword Section – This is where you will list the keyword phrase you are targeting, as well as other related keywords and phrases. Be mindful of the keyword limit the article directory enforces. The keyword limit will differ from directory to directory.
Resource/Signature Box – This is the most important part of your article if you want your reader to take action. This is the section where you will be able to list your website. Make sure that your resource/signature box naturally picks up where the article left off. Do not try and sound like some cheezy infomercial. For example a resource box could look something like this:
“Joey Fratantoni is a professional article marketer. For more great information on article marketing go to xyz.com”
This example is totally generic, but you get the idea.

Article marketing is so powerful because you are not limited to what you can write about. Plus, you can brand yourself based upon your own established credibility and own unique writing style. Some different types of articles you can write include: |
