The copyright laws are very clear but unfortunately, there are those that simply don't care. They are simply looking to populate their sites with content. I've had several articles used like this and even some that have been put through a spinner that were nothing but rubbish.

I just decided than rather spending time fighting them it was more productive for me to just keep writing and submitting more articles. As they say the cream rises to the top and I know that it will benefit me more in the long run than trying to keep up with the thieves.

However, if you want to pursue them, you can always contact the web host that the thief has their site with and report em. That might get them shut down. That's a pretty easy thing to do. I just prefer to ignore them.

Hi, Guitarnut,

Sorry to hear that you've been burned, but glad to hear that the bums did not keep you from writing and continuing.  People will know you for your work, eventually, and hopefully it will not matter in the end.  Your success will pillar theirs.

Thanks for the info about the Hot.  If I do decide to post an article I may find that helpful.  I have found so much info and support here already!

Thanks, again.

Hey Theo,

You are very welcome! I know that I've learned a ton of things from good forums. They are a great place to learn without having to buy every "Top Secret" ebook and/or course.
