One of the most amazing things that happen to my wife and I was spending time with each of the 14 millionaires at convention. We took our digital voice recorder and walked around and asked questions of each leader. I listen to this everyday now and it's such a motivation. We had a chance to talk with Kathy Smith "The Butchers daughter" and she gave us the missing link. I have heard Jimmy, George and others say on training calls over and over YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE NUMBERS! We'll we GOT IT. On our flight back home we spent 2 hours hashing out the math on the comp plan. I AM HAPPY TO SAY WE UNDERSTAND THE NUMBERS.
We learned to focus on 10 Strong leaders and zero in on them and teach them to focus on their 10. THIS WAS A AWAKENING FOR US WHEN WE DID THE NUMBERS. How many of us are trying to pump in massive amount of numbers but never duplicate.
For example: If you have 5 on your left and 5 on your right each earning 5 cycles a week thats 4500BV in volume per Leader. Add that number to each of your 5 on the left at it totals to 22500BV a week. Do the same on the right and each leader is earning 5cycles a week with a total of 4500BV per leader add that to all 5 doing the same creating 22500BV on that side as well. How many cycles can you earn from 22500? If you calculate 600 into the 22500 it leaves you with 37Cycles in a week. That's a monetary value of about $2000 just on cycles. Now we have 5 on our left and 5 on our right which means we are also getting our 10% Executive matching bonus on each center. Each leader was earning 5 cycles creating $270 a week. 10% of that is $27. Each of your 10 is earning the same for a total of $270 a week combined. Now here is where it all comes together
Cycles- (37) x $54 = $2000 (exactly $1998) Weekly
10% Team Matching Bonus- $270 a week
$270 + $2000 a week = 2270week x 4 = $9080.00/mo
$9080.00/mo x 12months TOTAL = $108,980
Congrats you are a 6 figure earner from just focusing on 10 leaders each earning 5 cycles! Now have some fun and change the 5cycles to 10 and you are earning 200K plus a year, change it to 15 and you earn 300K etc.....
BUT IT GETS BETTER. Those 5 cycles CAN COME FROM ANYWHERE IN YOUR TEAM LEFT OR RIGHT! Nevertheless it is better to have a target on your 10 teaching 10 teaching 10. Also that teammate who is earning 5 cycles a week which is $1080 a month, which is also a total of $12,960 a year, WOW. Now go ask them to ask their boss can they have a $12k raise for this year.
Now I never mentioned Product Intro Bonus or Retail profits.
