Here's the key to attracting people to you, wrapped up in one sentence:
"Devote yourself to becoming above average."
An above average mlmer... an above average marketer... an above average business owner.
Why?
Because people want to follow above average people.
If you do this, you will never have to recruit anyone ever again. They'll come to you on their own.
You'll never have to ask anyone to join your opportunity again. People will want to do whatever it is you're doing.
You'll never have to pitch anyone on anything again. People will pitch YOU on why you should let them work with you.
You'll never again have a problem with getting quality people that produce real results in your organization. Because above average people are attracted to other above average people.
The network marketing industry has always told us that this is a business designed for the average person.
One of the unintended consequences of this well meaning - but ultimately self-sabotaging - message is that it subtly tells people that they're never going to have to be being anything MORE than just average and they'll still be able to earn a six figure income. In fact, it even implies that it's a disadvantage to be above average in this industry because if you're above average, other people won't be able to duplicate you.
This logic might be okay if you're willing to settle for chasing prospects down for the rest of your life...
But you'll never be able to attract anyone to you by remaining an average marketer.
We're all beginners when we start out in this business, but our ultimate success is determined by how dedicated we are to developing ourselves.
Just ask yourself: Is anyone looking for leaders who are merely normal? Does anyone want to follow someone who's just status quo?
I know I don't. Our prospects definitely don't. And I'm guessing you don't either.
