I wouldn't say I have suceeded yet, but I am defintely on my way for success.
I believe the biggest point in my life was, when I decided to stop listening to others, and made the decision that this is my life and my business.
I used to play icehockey professionel for over 10 years, and people thought I was nuts, when I quit with Icehockey and went full time in to MLM, but I know that it was the right decision and I am going to prove for them that they are wrong.
I am doing MLM fulltime today, so I am on my way.

| When I used to be a business owner, quitting was never in my vocabulary. It took me three years to make profit, and although it took me three years of non-stop work, it was the road I decided to take. That was a very good learning experience for me and has helped me with my network marketing business. There's nothing to gain from quitting, but so much to gain from presevering.

Initially , I was aiming at setting it all up and then good riddance I'm now off to my normal daily activities that I enjoy.
But just one thing stuck with me "Keep doing more of what you're doing right"
Thats is a direct translation of "Quit Quitting and Keep Keeping".

WOW - what a catchy topic line - when I read it I said - WHAT... ANyway - great topic, great advice.
Everyones jumping ship , jumping from Oppt to Oppt loking for the magic bullet.
Theres isn't one.

Very true. The problem is that most business opportunities make it sound so easy. And , most prospects are inexperienced and fall for the idea that they can make a lot of money without much effort. Their expectations are totally unrealistic. So, when they don't get the results they were promised, they quit and go on to the next incredible program guaranteed to make them rich.
Any time I get a new prospect interested in my program I immediately provide them with detailed information. I try to give them a step-by-step guide. I show them how to use low cost and no cost marketing techniques that have proven to work for me. And still, I find many will drop out after a couple of months. They all want to make money now - today! And, its hard to get them to understand it just doesn't work that way.
The only way to make a lot of money quickly is if you have a lot of money to start with. If you don't have thousands to invest in advertising and marketing then you better expect to spend some time. There are a number of very effective ways to promote your business, but it's not going to happen overnight. So quit dreaming and start doing!

For more than a year searching for the right homebased work, I was almost on the brink of quitting. I'm so glad I didn't but instead pushed thru with my desire. Now, although my new found "adventure" doesn't yet meet the expected money that I thought would justify quitting the regular 9-5, I see something positive in the future.
Thank goodness for forums like this, I found a great deal of information on where to find the right people to approach.

Had to share this : I recently had a change of mind. There's just 3 main things I quitted in order to success.
1. I quit - telling myself that it's too difficult and hard to learn and implement
2. I quit - doing the same things that made no results (regular assessment helps)
3. I quit - sleeping early... (oops, okay thats a bad one)
In refering to number 3 - please don't listen to my crazy ranting. You'd do well to sleep no later than 2am. Or before 12am.
But items 1 and 2. They work for me.

A lot of things that are being said is true.
One thing that I have been told is that whenever you feel like quiting you should go back in your mind to the very first day that you got involved in your program and remember why you started in the first place!

I quit being impatient for success. I'm a whole lot happier, keep my dreams in my mind but move towards then one step at a time (and celebrate the little victories along the way!).
