I think people just don't understand the differences between scams and businesses, pyramid schemes and network marketing business. Most people who are ignorant about this will not appraciate how powerful network marketing business is, that will empower you to go from rags to riches if you can take actions immediately, consistently.

People who got scammed by pyramid schemes are just flat out suckers, they are not educated enough to make any rational decisions. Do your research and due dilingence before getting involved with any type of bubisness!

It's all about serving people, helping them imorove their life, their health, whatever. Sure there are fraudulent businesses out there interested in nothing but getting into your wallet or your checkbook. A bit of research, and a jump onto this or other established forums where you can get feedback from veterans who have been there done that, and you can know the truth about a potential opportunity. Companies who are all about my first point up there have nothing to hide, nothing to cover up, will bend over backward to show you all you need to know about them.

I agree. I also believe that if the money making plan doesn't have any form of community to it, like, people helping each other out...then it's worthless. I've seen to many of the Adwords and Clickbank sites that sell people expensive EBooks then just leave right away. I hate stuff like that because then I feel like I still didn't learn anything even after I bought the book. I guess people will learn one way or another that instead of looking for an easy way out, you could be improving your own game. Did that make sense?

While internet marketing can offer tremendous value over traditional marketing avenues, there is considerably more risk for the unaware. Be  sure that you investigate the opportunities with a critical eye to avoid the potential pitfalls.

No, there is no risk in making money online.

If your asking if there is risk in starting your own business to make money online...

than yes, there is.

Consider what is more riskier :

1. Waking up to an alarm clock, being late to work and that being the final straw, your income is snacthed from under you and your now in the unemployment line.

2. Put up a few hundred dollars to learn what it takes to market products online. Learn a valuable skill and take that skill and sale whatever product you choose, therefore creating all the money you would ever need for yourself.

I guess it's a matter of choice. Your pick.

No risk?  C'mon.  Let's be adults about this.  Of course a business has risk.  ANY business has risk.  Even a 8-year old girl's lemonade stand has an element of risk:  what if no one buys?  What if she sits outside for four hours and doesn't make the money she wants?  What if it rains and she doesn't get an opportunity to recoup the cost of the lemons and sugar?

The question is not whether or not a business has "risk".  It's a question of whether it's a "manageable level of risk".  If someone isn't willing to take the risks involved in being an entrepreneur, then they should just move back in with mom and dad and let them pay the bills.

Bravil, your question was related to "no proof of investments".  I'm not sure what your concern is here.  You're concerned that there's no way for someone to prove how much money they're spending to make a profit?  Why do you feel that's something you need to prove?

I don't think I understand your question.

I curiously clicked on the “play” button on youtube recently about “make money cash gifting”,. This one guy, who shall remain nameless, was talking a really good game about how GREAT cash gifting is. How it made him loads of dough and he’s just rolling in it, and how you can to.

Cash gifting’s a great example of a 1-up system. 1 - up systems are uni-levels generally.  Because 1-ups have multiple entry levels and qualification standards the “paylines” actually cause the “downline”  to take on a structure that’s clearly pyramidal in structure.

The giving of money as a gift is fine - but that’s NOT what this is…this is a glorified ponzi scheme exploiting innocent people and a loophole soon to be closed.

The very nature of the name  should raise suspicion - Cash Gifting.

If you have to PAY INTO these gifting clubs - it’s a scam.  A gift, by it’s  definition,  is a thing given willingly to someone without payment. If it’s a GIFT, why the hell are you and  I paying for it?
- - - - -
“The Gifting Club Gotcha” FTC :

A legitimate gift has no strings attached and is therefore, not an “investment”.  Avoid being mislead into thinking a gifting club’s legitimate  because the ad’s say that members consider their payments as a gift and expect nothing in return. This is a sorry attempt to make an illegal transaction look legal.

This should raise red flags immediately!

They are modeled very similarly to a pyramid scheme. They never last long and if your stuck at the bottom, your screwed when people wise up to this “old concept with a new name” and start demanding MASS REFUNDS. The system collapses…

Gifting schemes always leaves losers because they leave losers when people start to complain and report when they aren’t making any money. And they realize they won’t be long after they’ve already joined because only the top 10-15% of those who started at the top will benefit. The other 85-90% won’t.

It’s the basic law of averages.

To be frank, The pyramiding structure itself is not the REAL problem. Every large pyramid scheme known to man (corporations, governments,  businesses, etc)  is a pyramid if you’ve ever seen a organizational chart.

The real problem is when there is no real product or service being offered in return for cash.

The system is just a bunch of new people giving old people money while the new people are hoping the newer people will come around and give them money. There is no “VALUE” being traded to contribute to anyone’s lives, and eventually those who were tricked into this scheme will be at the end of the thin line - prepare for a rude wake up call.

And those who “knowingly” promotes that which “takes away” from unsuspecting people without giving in return for monetary payment - Are old fashioned bank robbers - minus the black mask’s. There will come little joy from the attainment of the money made and majority of them will almost certainly lose it as fast as they made it. A true definition a Ponzi scheme.

Hopefully, this article is of great value to you and will help prevent you from being suckered into this “financial death trap”. There is no such thing as “Easy Money”. I don’t care what business you choose to get involved in, it will require quit a bit of work on your end. With that comes with it’s true rewards - happiness, freedom, and a sense of accomplishment.

After you do a little elbow grease, than the money becomes easy to make. You see people have it COMPLETELY backwards

Conversations will dull quick if a friend or family member asks you the sweat question : “So, what do YOU do for a living”.

I f you try to take the easy road out, you will eventually suffer the consequences.

Take the time to build a business and you will see the fruits of your labor in return. It’s simple if you take the time to learn and apply yourself. We all have something of value to offer, just don’t be afraid to share it with others.

The simple definition of the law of reciprocity states:

The world gives you, that which you give to the world
.

Until later,

Josef Benjamin Rosenberg

Thank you for posting that on cash gifting.  Its not hard to find videos on My Space, You Tube, etc from people opening envelopes stuffed with cash.  That doesnt make it legal or legit in my opinion.

Another thing that caters to the get rich quick mindset.

It would be all but impossible to shut them down with the internet being what it is.... one closes or is shut down and ten more start up.

Has anyone met a person who became wealthy doing cash gifting, HYIPs, or autosurfs?  I think it is safe to say NO.

What bothers me the most is people who know or at least suspect these are scams but "get in early" to make money and don't seem to care about those who lose out.  Because it's mathematically impossible to keep gifting clubs going any length of time.

There are many honest legitimate companies to chose from.  Yes they take WORK, however, isnt that preferable to losing money to scams?

Joanne

Pay attention folks.  There's lots of programs and poeple out there wanting to get into your pockets.  Follow the advice here and you should be OK.

Feel free to add your own tips and/or personal experiences.

By the way ... anything without a product is a scam (sic illegal).  For example ... cash gifting of any kind is illegal and a perfect example of a ponzi scheme.

God Bless,
Michael

That is what you find all over the net, unfortunately, some people want something big and do nothing for it. I remind them that, they would spend eight even twelve hours of their day working for someone fo a small wage.

If we could all sit on our butts and earn a million then the world would be full of millionaires and no poverty. It's a strange concept that a high number of people out there would slam the door in your face if you knocked on it and said "hey give me $$ for this then you can sit on your butt and earn millions by the morning", however, they read the same thing online and believe it, I'm sure they seem to think it is a giant magic wand.
