I have talked to several people I have known for a couple of years, they told me about this voice broadcasting system. They said their sales have doubled, I am thinking of looking into this one hard.
Has anyone used voice broadcasting and what were your results from them, thanks Mike

I use it quite a bit. Its a practically inexpensive way for me to advertise as well as conduct training seminars for my team.
I use Video-suite for my needs. If you go the products and services section of this forum, I'm actually giving out free copy and there's a link to get it. If you can't find it then you can send me an email.
Hope that helps

I'm not clear on what you mean by "voice broadcasting". But, I will share this.
There are a lot of people who have recently discovered autodialers as a way to dump a bunch of leads in a system and broadcast a pre-recorded sales message to a list of purchased leads.
In the overwhelming number of situations, this is a violation of federal law and MANY network marketers have gotten into some serious trouble for it. Typically speaking the Telephone Consumer Protection Act only allows auto-dialers to be used in non-sales situations such as non-profit organizations or a company whom you already have a relationship with who might send you a message (such as when a doctor's office uses an autodialer to remind you of an appointment.)
Again, I dont know if this is what Mike is referring to in his question...just be aware that this (what I'm referring to) is something that a lot of networkers are engaged in. And they're really not aware that what they're doing is not legal.

I asked the person who runs this company about the scrubs and do not call list,if they arent under the do not call list and do agree to receive a phone call about the opportunity then you can use an auto dial system, he has documentation on all the numbers have been verfied through the dnc list and assured you can use this system, there are some companies who use very outdated numbers from old information sold to them
I also read in cold call leads, you can get in troubles for those because some may be on a do not call list so it looks like a double edge sword on this one

Mike, the comments I made above have nothing to do with the Do Not Call list. That's an issue of the CAN-SPAM act. I'm referring to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Under the TCPA, you can still be fined for using voice-blasting with auto-dialers, even if the list being called is scrubbed against the DNC list.
Bottom line: educate yourself on the legalities. And do it yourself. Don't rely on the word of someone who has a vested interest in you seeing it their way (such as the companies that sell these services.)
You can more information on the TCPA (and the details on allowable use of autodialers) at http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html
I hope that assists,

I definitely agree with you there and unfortunately its the people who are purchasing the leads that are getting in trouble for activities rather than the distributors.
If you do video broadcasting, be sure to get your own audience on your own efforts
