Hi Everyone,
Years ago, I got a solicitation in the mail that actually looked like a check, which of course prompted me to open it. But when I did, it was actually a check.
I am looking for a template that I can use for something similar.
I am also looking for a real looking fake bill that I can make multiple copies of to put my marketing info on one side, and the look-a-like bill be on the other.
Anyone know where I can get either of these items?

Actually it is legal as long as it is not the same size. There are actually guidelines on the US Treasury site on how to legally copy money to be used to help people learn our money in relation to how it exchanges with other countries money. So they print money that looks just like our legal dollars but is about 3/4 of the size so that it is obvious that it is fake.
The marketing item was a look-a-like check that I received in the mail one day. It didn't look like junk so I opened it. It was a sales letter, and I actually read it. 80% of the battle with mailings is getting people to open the darn envelope. So using a copy of a check with a sales letter attached is effective and was trying to find a place to order the blank fake checks to do the sales letter without actually ordering "live" checks that could be used for fraud.

I have found that post it notes are way better than flyers or business cards. The fact they stick to a car window means they have to actually be peeled off and read. The fact they are smaller and less obtrusive is also key. I have had major success paying kids to put them on commuter parking lots. Just an offline idea that works.
My main to generate major sales and leads is via voice blasting. Creating organic leads is what this industry is all about. High ROI, high quality leads. Dont buy leads. The only ones getting rich there are the lead vendors. I belive all sales pros should have a voice blasting tool whether your in networking or even a realtor.
