Has anyone found a good system or effective tools for keyword research? I have used Web CEO. SEO ToolKit, ClickAd Equalizer, Overture, Wordtracker, Keywordtopia, Keyword Discovery and Goold Adwords Keyword Tool.
I have found and used long tail keywords that have worked well for articles, Squidoo lens and blogs. Yet most of these keywords have done poorly with Google Adwords.
I recently started using Nichebot at http://www.nichebot.com. It uses Overture, Keyword Dscovery, Wordtracker and Google Adwords Keyword Tool. There is a feature that gives you the keyword effectiveness inex and a competitioo ratio to tell which keywords have little or no competition.
I would appreciate some comments about what others have tried and their results.
Jon

I pretty much stick with the brainstorming tool in SiteBuildIt for most of my keyword research. It's a combination of wordtracker and several other things that bring up very helpful and accurate results. I love it because it's reliable and part of the whole integrated package.
I do use the Adwords keyword tool a bit too, especially when I want to determine how much advertising competition there is and what keywords are worth in Adsense.
Cheers,
Angie

Keyword research is one of those things that can drive you batty! Nonetheless, it is really necessary if you are serious about promoting your business online.
I have used Wordtracker, Nichebot, Keyword Discovery, Keyword Elite software, and Wordze.
All produce similar results, but I personally found Wordze to be the easiest to use. Wordze.com

| Well we know Keyword research is important parts of our SEO work and I used many tools like SEO ToolKit, ClickAd, Overture, Wordtracker and Goold Adwords Keyword Tool. I found Goold Adwords Keyword Tool best among them and I think many websmaster useing it as it is more accurate then others.
