A "Must Read to the end" article on CNN.com's Law Center, the headline "E-mails can bounce back to hurt you
Experts: Easily retrieved electronic messages fodder for litigation" ( http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/11/03/email.legal/index.html )
accurately describes the article and how old emails can get people in private company's fired, evolve into sexual harassment lawsuits, etc.
So why read it to the end?
Because there you find CNN's hyperlinks called Story Tools which inclue PRINT THIS and .............E-MAIL THIS !

Interesting article but not surprising.
You really have to be careful sending emails or any information over the Internet while you are at work. They have this rule called "conflict of interest". If it's not work related, you can be charged with it in the work place. That's one way to get rid of you if they need to downsize. Everybody does something on the Internet they shouldn't be doing at work. They give you a computer and access to the Internet. You are tempted all day long. You just can't help yourself. It's just a matter if they want to do something about it and when.
Be careful in the work place until you don't care anymore. That when you can fire your boss instead of him firing you!

That's why I work at home, in my basement, with no windows, and the lights off, with te front doors locked, and my cell phone in my car, while my wife is out shopping, and the kids are at school, while the dogs are patroling my fenced in yard. Just me and my downline. Good Times!!!
